You may maintain only one (1) account with phplay. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. Each household, IP address, and payment method may be associated with only one account unless otherwise authorized in writing by phplay management.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of our fair play policy, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Reasons for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Violating age restrictions
• Creating multiple accounts

• Bonus abuse or advantage play

• Failure to complete verification procedures

Upon account termination for cause, phplay reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, pending withdrawals, and accumulated bonuses. This decision is final and binding.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your phplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification, and all pending bonuses will be forfeited. Account closure may take up to 72 hours to process. Once closed, you will no longer receive promotional communications from phplay.

10. Intellectual Property

phplay's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

phplay is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, server maintenance, software malfunctions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

12. Changes to Terms

phplay reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify users via email to the registered email address on file and/or through prominent notice on our website. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
